Digital purchases and cancellation

Daily Ease Online Store supplies downloadable digital artwork, including prepared images and images created from prompts. When you consent to immediate supply and access a file, any cancellation right may end to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once a file has been delivered or made available in your account, the sale is final, subject to your statutory rights. Faulty content or content that differs from its description may still qualify for a remedy.

When to request a refund

A refund may be granted for a corrupt, incomplete or undownloadable file within 14 days of purchase, a technical problem on our side that prevented generation or delivery, or a duplicate charge caused by a system or processing error.

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, account email and a short explanation, together with screenshots or other evidence if available. After validation, requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cases outside the refund policy

Refunds are not issued for a change of mind, an image correctly generated from the prompt supplied, failure to access an available file for reasons unrelated to our system, or a product that met its description and agreed specifications. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Payment disputes

Please first contact support to try to resolve a problem before asking your bank or card issuer for a chargeback. A chargeback raised without prior contact may delay resolution. During an investigation we may suspend or terminate the associated account. To contest an invalid claim, we may give the payment processor evidence of delivery, such as download records, receipts and correspondence. We encourage customers to work with support first.

Consumer rights

This policy is intended to operate alongside applicable consumer protection, digital goods and distance selling rules, and the GDPR where applicable. Products should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where a file is defective, repair, replacement or refund may be available under applicable consumer law.
