Using the service
These Terms apply to https://dailyeaseonlinestore.com, operated as Daily Ease Online Store, Plot 9, Gbagada Industrial Scheme, Gbagada Expressway, Gbagada, Lagos State, Nigeria. By using the platform you accept these Terms; if you disagree, stop using it. We may change the Terms at any time, and continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
Who may use the platform
You must be at least 18. We do not serve people or entities in, or acting on behalf of, sanctioned jurisdictions, including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, or other territories restricted by applicable sanctions.
Artwork, credits and delivery
Our stock library offers ready-made AI artwork for purchase. Purchased files appear immediately in your Collection with a download button. You can also buy credits through a balance top-up and spend them on custom images created from text prompts. Generation is immediate or may take several minutes depending on system load; the result appears in your Collection. An order is complete when the artwork appears there with an active download button; a delivery notification may also be sent.
To buy stock art, register or sign in, choose the work and any available size, add it to your cart, enter billing details and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. Complete payment on the hosted payment page and return to the store to download the work from your Collection. For custom generation, sign in, select a top-up, enter billing details, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and complete payment on the hosted page. Once credits are added, enter a prompt; the resulting artwork appears in your Collection for download.
Account and payments
Provide accurate account details, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity on your account. Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, NZD, NOK, CAD or SEK and include VAT where applicable. Your payment provider determines final currency conversion. A third-party PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider processes card payments; we do not store, process or access cardholder data. By purchasing, you authorise a charge to your chosen payment method.
Refunds and immediate supply
By purchasing, you consent to immediate digital delivery and waive cancellation rights for immediately supplied digital content to the extent applicable law permits. The original Terms state that the cooling-off right expires when the artwork becomes available. A refund may be granted for a corrupt, incomplete or undownloadable file within 14 days of purchase, a technical failure preventing generation or delivery, or a duplicate payment caused by system error. After validation, refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days, and approved refunds go to the original payment method. See the Refund & Chargeback Policy for details.
Promotional codes
Codes may be used for top-ups and stock purchases. The discount reduces the payment while credits are added at their full pre-discount value. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless expressly permitted; fraud or abuse may lead to cancellation.
Ownership and permitted uses
Platform content, models, AI engines, interface elements and stock artwork belong to Daily Ease Online Store or its licensors. For purchased stock artwork you receive commercial rights for business projects and may modify and integrate it into designs. You may not resell the original, redistribute it as stock or templates, repackage or sublicense it, mint it as an NFT or claim authorship of the original file.
For custom AI-generated work you receive full commercial usage rights and may modify, distribute, print, use in marketing and incorporate it into products. Such work can be listed for resale only within the platform under the market feature. Outside the platform you may not sell, distribute or transfer it as a standalone downloadable product, offer it as stock or include it in AI training datasets; NFT minting is also prohibited.
Market feature
Only images generated by our AI system may be listed for resale; stock artwork cannot be relisted. The company centrally manages resale as merchant of record and processes payments through its PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. All transactions are between buyer and company: there are no direct user-to-user payments, peer-to-peer settlements, escrow or money transmission services.
After a successful purchase, the file is permanently removed from the seller’s Collection and their download access ends. It is added to the buyer’s Collection, giving the buyer exclusive access within the platform so that it is available to one account there.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for pornography, minors or sexual exploitation, violence, hate, extremism, terrorism, radicalisation or infringement of intellectual property. Illegal drugs or substances, weapons, explosives, gambling, betting, high-risk financial schemes, money laundering, scams and fraud are prohibited. Reverse engineering the platform, disrupting its systems or bypassing payment or licensing restrictions is also forbidden. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Records, liability and account action
For disputes and card-scheme requirements, we retain order logs, file-upload timestamps, payment confirmations, IP access logs and delivery evidence for at least 24 months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, artwork is supplied as-is, we are not liable for indirect damages and our liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected order. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for prohibited conduct, fraud, chargeback abuse, licensing breaches, malware or system attacks.
